Welcome to the Troubleshooting Service, a tool you can use to get the main informations for a product or store in the Shop Pipeline.

Login: To login you will need a rappi account and access through Google SSO. There is no need VPN.

At the moment, this tool provides you two types of reports:

Product Store: allows you to consult the status of a store product at different stages of the pipeline, such as integrations, catalog, override, markup, corridors and user core.
Required: virtual store_id and virtual_product_id.

Store: allows you to consult the configurations of store and if it has any integrations, overrides and corridors.
Required: virtual store_id.
